Our forklift lithium batteries offer significant cost advantages: the high energy conversion efficiency means long-term energy consumption expenses are substantially lower than traditional fuel vehicles. They also reduce maintenance costs due to a simpler structure that eliminates complex fuel systems and engine maintenance. Additionally, they produce zero emissions and low noise, which is perfectly suited for indoor warehouse and workshop operations. For peace of mind, we provide a 5-year or 10,000-hour warranty for these batteries
These storage batteries are equipped with a vehicle-level BMS (Battery Management System) that includes protection functions such as overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and high/low temperature protection. They feature LED screens (and a built-in Bluetooth module for the lead-to-lithium models) to conveniently display real-time voltage, current, and temperature information. For larger energy needs, they can support up to 15 sets in parallel.
Operators can conveniently manage the system using a PC and mobile APP dual platform management system. The platform supports features like scanning codes to swap batteries , package settings , background withdrawals , and offline battery swapping to guarantee normal operation. For safety, the cabinets include a smoke alarm system with an independent fire extinguishing device , as well as multiple protection functions including no-load power outage, overload power loss, leakage protection, and short circuit protection.
